Get help with Saltmarch
Help with your account, an invitation, or your photos and videos is available without signing in first.
Your photos, your sharing choices
Keep your own photos and videos organized, and share with your families or the people at an event. Each family and event has its own settings for who can view and contribute to its shared gallery.
Help with an event invitation text
You may have received a Saltmarch text because someone you know individually selected your number to invite you to their private, scheduled event. Saltmarch’s initial text program sends one transactional message for that invitation request, not marketing or an automated follow-up campaign.
- Reply STOP to stop Saltmarch invitation texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Receiving or opening an invitation link does not verify your phone number or enroll you in recurring SMS. When the event requests a reply, choose whether you’re going inside the event.
Signing in and recovery
Depending on your account, you may sign in with an email link or code, a text message code, or an optional password. If a link or code expired, return to sign in and request a new one. You can cancel a stuck sign-in and begin again without accepting an invitation or changing your account.
If an error shows a reference code, include it when you contact us. Never send us your password, one-time code, sign-in link, or invitation link.
